v      First time clients: please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time

v      Time of appointment:  Your appointment time is the time that you should be ready on the massage table.   Please arrive at least 5 minutes early.

v      Duration: All of our massages are intended to be for the full (30/60/90) minutes on the table, starting from your scheduled appointment time.  We schedule our appointments so the room will be ready for you at least 5 minutes early.

v      Late arrivals: will only receive the time remaining on your scheduled appointment and will be charged for the full scheduled appointment time.  *if you are running late and you call ahead we will try to give you your full time as long as it does not impact other clients

v      Cancellations and no-shows:  We require 6 hours notice for cancellation.  When you schedule an appointment, we make sure that time is held for you.  If you do not provide sufficient notice (6 hours), or do not show up, we cannot schedule another client for that time.  Before we schedule you for another appointment, you will be expected to pay for the one you missed.
